BOOKING SERVICES: ✨When booking, you won't be able to see who has booked, you will only see available dates and time slots/ranges. ✨ Only the dates and time slots/ranges that haven't been booked will appear for you to choose. ✨ Available dates on the booking calendar will have a white number, if the number is blurred, blocked, grayed out that means all time slots/ ranges have been booked for that day. If the number is white it means there are still time slots/ranges available to choose. ✨If the time slot/range you prefer isn't available for your service of choice it's because it has already been booked and you will need to choose another time slot/range that is convenient for you or choose another day entirely with time slots/ranges available. DEPOSITS *Some services do not require a deposit to book an appointment* **see cancellation policy** ✨Upon booking your service, if the service requires a deposit the amount of the deposit becomes part of your total balance due. The remainder of the service amount is due upon completion of the service.✨ *Deposits are non-refundable. The deposit is only refundable if I (the stylist) have to cancel the appointment for unforeseen circumstances that prevent me from performing the service requested. LATE ⏰ or CANCELLATION *If you will be running late for your scheduled appointment time, in order to avoid cancellation, please notify Beauty AT Will via call or text at (318) 780-0829. Failure to notify within the 15 minutes grace period will result in any deposits (if required) being forfeited and charged as a cancellation fee. If no deposit was required a $25 cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file. 🚨If you need to cancel your appointment you must do so at least 24-hours before your appointment time, if *no call no show *your deposit will be forfeited and the amount of the deposit will be charged and non-refundable….
